Packrite makes deliveries in Australia nationwide. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – We endeavor to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 days. Delivery is between Monday and Friday.

Within 30 days of your order

If your item has a fault and is by no fault of your own, please email us at to advise us and obtain a return address. The product must be immediately returned in the condition as received, without any alterations or further damage. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The costs of the item shipping back to us will be paid by us. If approved, your refund will applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. Items returned must be in ‘as-new’ condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. This means you have not used, assembled, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items.

Change of mind cancellation: Please review your order carefully as 25% re-stocking fee will apply for returned goods plus all freight charge.
