DELIVERY LOCATIONS & TIMES
Packrite makes deliveries in Australia nationwide. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – We endeavor to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 days. Delivery is between Monday and Friday.

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery costs vary depending on the sizes/ weight of ordered products and their destinations.
Free delivery (Sydney Metro area) for orders over $300.00 (before GST).
–RETURN AND REFUND POLICY–
Within 30 days of your order
If your item has a fault and is by no fault of your own, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise us and obtain a return address. The product must be immediately returned in the condition as received, without any alterations or further damage. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The costs of the item shipping back to us will be paid by us. If approved, your refund will applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. Items returned must be in ‘as-new’ condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. This means you have not used, assembled, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items.
Change of mind cancellation: In case a customer cancels an order,
-Before the product is shipped: refund after deducting the credit card company’s fee.
-After the order has been processed for delivery, refund after deducting credit card company’s fee and the costs of the item shipping back to us.
